This comfortable, solidly constructed home was built in one of the first "newer" subdivisions in Montrose. What does that mean, you ask? It means the landscaping is established and the remodeling has already been done! (2017). And...the owner says his Ram 1500 extended cab truck fits just fine in the garage, in case you also have a similar large vehicle and were wondering! The three schools, Pomona Elementary, Columbine Middle School and Montrose High School are all within walking distance!
