The first new base area at Crested Butte Mountain Resort in more than two decades — and a rare one. Parcel B sits directly beneath the Peak, at the foot of Prospect, the neighborhood that has become home to some of the Valley's finest residences. Gold Link Village would bring a welcome new amenity to Prospect: a walkable, ski-in/ski-out base with a place to grab a coffee or pick up rentals, at your doorstep. The terrain is a perfect mix. The GRFA shall not exceed an average of two thousand (2,000) square feet/unit or a total of one hundred, sixteen thousand (116,000) square feet. A set number of residential units will be established at Final Plan. (2) Commercial, resort services, skier services and storage: maximum of 60,000 square feet CRFA." Zoned permitted uses included residential, skier and resort services, retail, recreational improvements, parking, and mass transit structures.
