I met Justin and it was a friendship at 1st sight. I gave him a mission, to find me 2 houses as I was new to the area and my family was following. This guy went to work for me and boy did he ever! I was so impressed by Justin and his ability to put up with my sister and I, We were tough on him and our specific needs but, he stuck in there, and always with a smile. We recently purchased a home with Justin Gleason and he was amazing! Being a local Montrose boy, he had so much knowledge about the area and contacts for all our needs. Justin was our rock in a very trying process (our desired home flooded while we were waiting to close and delayed the process several weeks). Justin went above and beyond in taking care of all our long distance needs (we lived out of the area). We would recommend both he and his wife Dana to anyone looking to purchase or sell their home! Dana was our realtor when we purchased and then sold our home a few years later. She was fantastic for both the purchasing and selling process. She is personable, professional, and overall great to work with. She is extremely responsive and communicates very clearly during every portion of the buying and selling process. She sat down and went through contracts with us line by line so we understood everything. She helped us get a great purchase value for our home, and an even better value when we sold. She was fantastic at marketing our home to sell, from the quality of pictures she took to the tour of realtors she would bring by to show our home to. We cannot speak highly enough of Dana! We would highly, highly recommend her to any potential buyers or sellers.

Dana was awesome. She is patient and knowledgeable. We weren’t sure we were ready to move, we just liked Montrose and asked Dana to show us some homes in different areas. But Dana found us the home and acreage of our dreams, then she helped us get through a “long distance” closing. We highly recommend Dana and would use her again (if we didn’t already have the house of our dreams!)

Dana was the only realtor in the Montrose area that responded to our request to show us around Montrose. We were coming to town to LOOK. We were serious but the other realtors just told us to drive around and call them if we see something we want to see. The problem with that is we didnt know our way around or where to go. (They just didnt care to help someone who may not be buying.) She spent an entire weekend with us. Listened to what we wanted and continued to change future showings based on what she was learning about our style. She found us an AMAZING home we love. We decided to Move to Montrose after only looking for 3 days. Dana is the best, most Thorough realtor I have ever used. She really cares and works very hard for her clients. I would recommend her to my family and friends and anyone else who wants an honest realtor that has the customers best interests. Plus she is super nice and fun to be around.
